Having spent 35 years as Cunard’s flagship the Queen Elizabeth 2 is making her final voyage to Dubai. When arriving at Dubai the QE2 is to become a first class hotel and entertainment destination.

The QE2 has been the flagship of Cunard for 35 years and has travelled a staggering 5.6 nautical miles around the globe. In this time she has been on 25 world cruises and crossed the Atlantic 803 times.

Before leaving the shores of Great Britain the QE2 will do one final lap of the British Isles and will call at Cobh, Liverpool, Belfast, Greenock, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Southampton before visiting New York.

Cunard will sign the QE2 off once she docks in Dubai and she will be replaced by the Queen Victoria which is currently in construction.
